Hitech Die Cast Private Limited offers a wide range of machined castings, which are made of ductile iron and grey iron. These ductile iron casting and grey iron casting products are used in various industry segments including automobile, agricultural implements, hydraulics, hardware, power, general engineering etc.

All products are manufactured in the strict technical specifications using appropriate material compositions. We also custom-design products that are manufactured in different specifications of design, dimension and shape as per the requirements of the clients.

Located at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, the company has a fully integrated manufacturing unit spread over an area of 3076 square meter. While the built-up area is 2350 square meter, more than 700 square meters is left open having ample greenery. The production unit is equipped with state-of-the-art machineries. In addition, we also have our own in-house pattern shop, which is fully equipped with latest advanced technology.

We have recently invested an amount of Rs 3.5 Crore (INR) to develop a hi-tech foundry for casting. Having an uninterrupted power supply of 2500 KVA, the installed capacity of our unit is 12000 tons per annum.

The company adheres to total quality management system and has received the ISO 9001: 2000 certification by TUV. In addition, we offer products that are approved by Power Grid Corporation of India.

The entire production process is subject to stringent quality control measures to ensure international quality standards. The quality control & assurance starts right from raw materials procurement till the delivery of consignment.

• Chemical analysis of basic raw materials and the final casting product
• Unique heat mark of identification for all iron castings
• Dimensional tolerances as per international quality standards
• Hydraulic checking of entire fittings leakage proofing

The total employee strength of Hitech Die Cast is 250, which comprises of professionals from different disciplines to formulate an efficient production team. This team includes qualified engineers, production control managers, administration staff, quality control inspectors, marketing & sales staffs, logistic experts etc.

In addition, there is a team of 42 technical experts who work at a fully equipped spectro laboratory in order to develop new products.
